We offer Acrylic nails for customers looking for extra length and strength. Whilst carrying out Acrylic nails a nail tip is applied to the nail to add length. The acrylic is then applied on top to give the nail strength. This can then be trimmed to the desired length.
Acrylic extensions are the hardest wearing extensions, so are great if you use your hands a lot or tend to break nails easily. These are also infilled after approx 2 or 3 weeks. If you want to remove the acrylics you will need to return to the salon to have these soaked off.

Bio Sculpture offers a permanent nail colour that lasts for weeks without wearing or chipping. What‘s more, you can rest assured that it won‘t cause any damage to the natural nail.
Bio Sculpture Gel is applied as an overlay onto natural nails by a qualified nail technician. The permanent colour gel is strong and flexible, with a glossy finish, and lasts for up to 2-3 weeks. Bio Sculpture Gel is an advanced nail treatment that strengthens and conditions nails. The flexible coating moves with the nails, protecting them, whilst allowing them to grow without breaking.
Bio Sculpture has consistently led the market in innovation since its inception, bringing to the market the first colour gel, soak off gel and gel nail sculptures. Bio Sculpture is also the first company in its class to have undergone a stringent independent Clinical Research Trial and received a 5 Star safety rating.
Education and training are of the utmost importance to ensure the product is used correctly and to its true potential. Bio Sculpture is applied with minimal buffing and no primers or bonders, so there is no de-hydration or damage of the natural nail. Layers of gel are applied to the natural nail and cured under a UV or UV LED lamp; the nails are dry to touch once they are cured.

Bio Sculpture will usually last 2-3 weeks on your finger nails and about six to eight weeks on toe nails, as they grow a lot slower than finger nails.
Bio Sculpture is a very different product to other gels and hybrid gel polishes, the main difference being that Bio Sculpture will not cause any damage to the natural nails. Most gel systems on the market are acrylic based and cannot be removed without damaging the natural nail. The other difference in this system compared to others on the market is that there is no need for primers or dehydrators in order for the gel to adhere to the natural nail. The new hybrid gel polish formulas are somewhere between nail polish and Bio Sculpture Gel. They last a lot longer than regular nail polish, but not nearly as long-lasting as Bio Sculpture. Bio Sculpture is a unique, acrylic free formulation that allows clients to maintain healthy nails whilst still being able to wear a nail enhancement or non-chip manicure.
When applying Bio Sculpture Gel no primers, bonders or dehydrators are used. Bio Sculpture Gel contains no Formaldehyde, Toluene, Acetone and Phthalates and will give you a natural looking finish without damaging the natural nail underneath.
With a fresh overlay the Gel can be quite flexible, and Top Coat is not as flexible as the Gel. Occasionally newspaper print or grime can get into these tiny cracks and very small crazy cracks appear. To restore the high shine and remove any cracks, we would recommend that you remove the Top Coat with Bio Sculpture Non-Acetone Nail Polish Remover, wash your hands and then apply a fresh coat of Bio Sculpture Top Coat.
There is no abrasive preparation, no priming or dehydration and very minimal buffing so the natural nail should not be dehydrated or damaged.
If the pool is highly chlorinated the Gel may become soft or discoloured as chlorine is a very strong chemical. We suggest you apply an additional coat of Bio Sculpture Top Coat, which will seal and protect your gel. After swimming remember to wash your hands with warm soapy water to remove the chlorine residue.
If possible have a Bio Sculpture overlay applied approximately 5 weeks prior to the occasion. The Gel will actually protect the free edge of your natural nail and prevent it from wearing away. As your nails grow, you will slowly become accustomed to this new length and the temptation to bite your nails should subside.
