Before you visit an appointment
Medical Conditions & Allergies
It is essential that you notify us of any medical conditions and allergies prior to your appointment, so that we can ensure treatments are suitable for you.
Special Requirements
If you have any questions about any of the treatments we offer, just give us a call and our friendly team will be happy to advise. We will always endeavour to accommodate your requests. If you have any special requirements, please inform us at the time of booking.
Personal Information
All information provided to us in person, over the phone or on your record card is totally confidential.
Late Arrivals
We advise that you arrive promptly for your appointment. We will always try to be as flexible as possible, as long as it doesn‘t affect the appointments times of other clients but if you arrive late, we cannot guarantee the full treatment time.
Missed Appointments
We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to make an appointment and we will be happy to reschedule. A fee of 50% of the original booking will be charged for missed appointments. If the treatment was part of a package, it will be deducted from the number of treatments remaining. If a second appointment is missed, a 100% charge will have to be made.
Mobile Telephones
We aim to create a calming and tranquil environment for our customers and kindly ask you to switch off your mobile phone or set it to silent whilst you‘re in the salon.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers make the perfect gift and are very popular. You can buy gift vouchers for specific treatments or for a chosen monetary value.
Late Night Opening Hours
For the convenience of our customers, we are open until 7pm every night during the week. A later appointment may be requested on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday.
